All sales are final.

If there is an issue with your shipment or product, please contact us at cronoarms@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.


Damages and issues
All packages are insured during shipping.  If any damage happens upon the product during shipment, CronoArms and customer will work with shipping company to get a refund to replace the product.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
